| 1967 Triumph GT6 coupe, 6 cylinder 2 litre capacity motor with a 4 speed manual gear box (For Sale Registered May 2010) |
| 1939/46 Standard 8 Roadster 2 door canvass hood, 4 cylinder side valve 1021cc with a single solex carburetor, 31 brake horse power at 4000rpm, 27 litre fuel capacity. Special features include; built in 1939 and modified "somewhere in its life" with a new chassis incorporating a 4 speed gear box. it has useless mechanical brakes particularly in reverse. Suicide doors and independent suspension. Very comfortable and can be driven over long distances with little driver fatigue. This vehicle was found for sale in 1988 beside the road in Benalla, trailered home and stripped to the last nut and bolt and slowly rebuilt. Back on the road in 1992 & driven to Birdwood & has covered in excess of 27000kms on tours since. A great little car to drive |

Special features include; sliding windows, no boot lid, austere seating and trim, 40mpg at 50 mph (7.1 litres/100km) very comfortable and easy to drive. This vehicle was found in Eaglemont in 1993 in long grass under a deciduous tree and used as a rubbish dump. Floor pan & valances rusted out. Two years spare time renewing floor, valances, reconditioning motor, replacing tyres repainting & re upholstering. |
